alsius fighting recently
Is it that my crew is getting really good, or alsius is getting really terrible? It seems like Aggers is becoming pozo/old algeros, but for RPS I know a few people (including me) that got over 1000 RP yesterday. By the time they actually coordinated I was so bored I wasn't paying attention anyway
It's not just forts either - a hunting team I was in won all kinds of horribly outnumbered battles, we we stood in alsius woods for a long time taking all comers! Sort it out alsius |

Agreed! I was one of those who was owned multiple times and gave up more than my share of RP at that fight. Don't worry though, we'll get it together and payback will be a bitch Seems like all realms get owned from time to time and that just wasn't our day...

I think you mean trelle, if you are talking about that fort war yesterday. We've been recently having some big wars there. Definitely a good place to rack in some RPs
By the way, their save is waaaay too close to that fort me thinks. Our fort "Algaros", for a mage is a good 2-3 minute hike from our nearest save in the mountains. The Trelle save is like 20 seconds mage walk for them.

Definitely. It might help the poor goats if it was moved further away so they can stage a little better, I think having line of sight to the save isn't very good
I'm starting to think all realms should have 2 saves instead of 3, but that's another story |

Like you say, everyone has bad days, and sometimes it just takes a few overeager noobs for everyone to follow them |

The problem with trelle is no good leveling places there for the 45+ people. Therefore the fort battles are usually fought by those that are learning tactics and strategies for fort fights. The group taking to fort is typically organized seasoned vets so they have the advantage. Eventually enough people will get on realm chat and the BIG guns will hike over and take the fort back. Maybe premium scrolls that would take you from save to save or fort to fort (in your own realm or maybe forts you own) would help get reinforcements to the fights quicker? Might make a little money for NGD too. I know there have been several times I don't go to a fight because it takes so long to get there. |

Hate to agree with the enemy but I have to. Alsius doesn't pull together anymore. I'm tired of bitching about it in Alsius chat. Not only that, but we don't even have close to the number of active players we used to. We're grossly outnumbered at every fight. If you really want to see some effort in recapturing a fort, take aggers. People seem to want to defend it more so than Trelle for some reason. Regardless which fort (or castle) you take, don't expect too large a showing from Alsius. Sadly I don't think we have the numbers to remain competitive in the warzone. Or maybe it's interest or teamwork that's lacking. Either way, the future of Alsius from my perspective, is bleak. One of my clansmen related an event a short time ago. We had about 30 players in front of Aggers, which is a respectable army. Someone said "Vamos" and they did! In three different directions. It's too bad I'm so deeply invested in my two characters.
