Hello Kriss,
Ive been testing the game using Zone Alarm and found out that there is a bug on the server that disconnects you randomly, so we are taking a look at that issue right now. It could probably be the problem you are having, and the good news is that it might not be related to firewall software. Regards

Yes, the issue is serious so we are on it already but it could take some time.
