wont load

after i put in my user and pass i get a screen with a 2 blue people on it 1 wearing red the other blue a blue bar loads and then a message appears saying that the specified files are not found i have downloadded and unistalled the game several times but i cant get it to work

Turn off your antivirus when installing the game...

and when you run Vista, do install it outside the PRogram Files folder
