Bugged Syrtis Quest

Hola;

This is a well known bugged quest, sorry to bring it up again, but.....

The Infected Chicken quest that starts in Dohsim town in Syrtis, has two
flaws.

1. ("Vr1" from NGD team confirmed it, on 10th October and promised it would
be fixed in previous thread)
"Infected Chicken" spawns in Raeraia Town instead of Dohsim. Not fixed.

2. The "Infected Chicken", can be captured by Hunters. This takes it out of
circulation, and no one can complete the quest. There is even a thread about
how funny this is in the General Forum. I have seen Hunters with "Infected
Chicken". I also know that at least one player thinks it's funny to log out
while he has "Infected Chicken" as a pet, and then play with a different
character. No "Infected Chicken", no one can complete quest.

I do not think it is funny to parade around with the "Infected Chicken" as a
pet. It spoils a quest for people. These people get angry that they can not
find the "Infected Chicken", They do not know it is some player, who has
taken it out of the game. Instead they blame NGD for having a "buggy" quest.

NGD team, you are doing a great job, and I know you are few, and are busy.
If you only have a little time, just make the "Infected Chicken" so it can't be
tamed.

If some hunter tames that chicken, new one is spawned. I've tested it.
So look carefully around Raeraia next time.

Thanks, for pointing out the quest is even more "bugged" then I realized ! LOL
My mistake thinking it was out of circulation, instead we may have players chasing
the Hunter with the "Infected Chicken", getting mad at him instead, and hoping
he will give it up, instead of looking for a 2nd, 3rd, 4th, spawned "Infected Chicken"

I do not need to locate the "Infected Chicken", just posting to try and help
out new players who are confused by all this, don't want to spoil anyone's
fun, good way to get flamed

Yeah, when i tamed it, some ppl came to me and said "oh noo, i cannot complete the quest, thank you very much

" lol
But a few secs after that, i saw another chicken walking near Raeraia east gate. At least i could make "cock fight"

Hey Celtus:

The Infected Chicken already appears in Dohsim Town (in Experimental Server). And it will not be tame-able next time the game is updated.

Sorry to have posted about this, the HaHa, joke thread in General Discussion
about the tameable Chicken, kind of needed someone to post something
about it. I know not to post in that thread, would have just caused trouble.

With the number of people that NGD has, I think ALL of you deserve our patience and
our thanks, looking forward, (as always) to the next update !!

Also there was in update that bosses respawn every 2 hours. we waited Vesper for more than 2 hours and it doesnt appear. Is it too postponed for next update?
