Help me..

Alright, my name is Vinvimaru, atleast on the game. Now, I am haveing a problem. I hit Play, I select my character,and it starts to load. The loading gets to about 101-103, and then it stops. The music continues to play, sometimes when I hit Alt Ctrl Delete, sometimes its running. MOST of the time it is not responding. So, how do I fix the whole stopping while loading problem please.
