Can't click the "Play" button...
I click the game icon, then agree to the Terms & Conditions, then sign-in, but when the game interface window comes up where you're suppose to click "Play" to start the game, the little blue bar at the bottom that shows the verification process just sits there totally blue with no numbers or words in that area. It doesn't show the black bar with the blue bar going across it that says "140/958" or "Verifying" or "Ready" or anything at all. The play button won't active until it says "Ready" and it doesn't do anything at all. It just sits there with the bar totally blue. I tried every Realm that I'm signed up for too! What should I do!?

maybe your firewall is blocking the game?

It's not my firewall because I've been playing for weeks but all of a sudden I can't play anymore, especially after my computer found those Viruses on the game! Thank you for trying though, and have fun on the game, even if I can't.

if a virus infected any regnum files then your virus scanner might have deleted some important files try uninstalling then reinstalling regnum online
hope you fix the problem |
