Hooooooly crap.
We have been ROYALLY screwed. That is so unfair. If I was in Syrtis or Alsius , I could have 4435 hp, and if I was a goat, and therefore an extra +5 cons, thats a total of 4547 (give or take.) <-- That's with my +145 hp and +7 cons item's. AND we have 4 Amulets, in comparison to Syrtis' 7 and Alsius' 10. What the hell is up with that. Nice one NGD.

Yeah, we got the lightning ring, wich totally sucks, we were so screwed. (Sarcasm) Can somebody please sell me one by the way? I kinda want to go for two and my hunter is barely lvl 20 Pleeeeease? rofl PS: sorry if I´m being too harsh but really, that ring is unmatched among the rest. Think about that. |

Deadly Sight Ring(LVL 20): Slashing Damage Bonus 15-25
Ring of Health(LVL 17): Gives +80 Health to base supply Elite Mage Ring(LVL 25): Gives +3 Intelligence Hypnotizing Amulet(LVL 23): +5 Evade chance and +12 hit chance Medal of Courage(LVL 33): Gives +150 Health, +7% Armour, +7% Blunt Resistance........... Yeah the damage is low compared to the deadly sight ring (*) but 10% attack speed means 10% extra damage a second, although armor values change that, making a +10% damage/second mean less than a +10% damage bonus. On the other hand you also get to attack faster and let´s not forget the damage bonus either.
I think it´s a pretty neat ring |

Take into account the level of these rings...
18-22 lightning dmg + 10% attack speed if u dual weild (if ofc u manage to get ur hands on two of these..) 30-50 extra slash dmg dual weilding a lvl 20 ring on the other hand.... Dosent really add up IMO, also as im a mage i could dual weild +3int rings to good effect.. or warrior with +80hp rings... I can't make it even in my head!! we got screwed! |

Who ever said that a hp/mana rings are better then lightning...is a noob...it is the best ring there is you can hit 1k every 6sec with a medium weapon(thanks yoshi^^) and a lvl4 weapon buff...pffft 2 hp rings are less then half of my hit...

Medal of courage + two hp rings = + 310hp.. this is achievable in syrtis now... Imagine that for a support conjurer, for example.. or a hunter... or pretty much any damned class. :/ 310hp is a big difference IMO especially for two people the same subclass and lvl to meet in wz...
Hypnotizing Amulet + 2 blacksmith rings.. is much better than mana amulet or +70hp amulet IMO.. I guess this is an opinion thing, who would rather have what.. right? But we do get less choice... 13 items to choose from, whereas syrtis get 18, alsius 20! Heck if we got an extra amulet and two more rings then maybe it'd be ok ^^ |

ok i rant against this situation for a while now, mainly internal.
The amulet situation is clearly out of balance and the rings also create controversy as we see in this thread (the others gras is always greener). But what i really ask myself (and im asking you now): Why are there different items in each realm? Why? I dont see the point. Of course you can explain it from a RPG point of view and say "Its because the gods of NGD decided" but from a logical, OOC point it doesnt make any sense. Or did i just miss the point? |
