Teleports

I m not sure, so I need to ask: do teleport pads remove your buffs, like SotW for example?
Once ago i noticed I lost mobility after teleport but didnt pay attention. Todat some Ignis archer passed with SotW through tele and came out without. Is this bug or feature if its real?

If it is, maybe it's selective. Cause when I full buff (Barrier, Wind Wall, Devotion) and use the teleport, I still end up the same on the other side.

From my experience it does not. I always buff before taking a teleport.
