Random, esoteric, obscure, awesomely-bad and otherwise classic B-movies
I was watching this the other day (don't ask, I bought it when I was younger from one of those wal-mart bargain-bin movie racks for a couple bucks because I remember seeing the Anime version of it even younger and was curious about the live-action attempt).
Well, as I was watching the movie, a more apropos title filled my thoughts. Here is the new title (with some of my quick and dirty photoshop skillz): Can you guess the REAL name of the movie? Also, if you know any other movies that may fit this title, or better yet obscure B-movies you'd like to add with your own unique titles. Whatever, it made me laugh so I decided to do it... (and Devs/Admins...you did say ANY subject )

Leprechaun 1, Leprechaun 2, Leprechaun 3: In da hood and Leprechaun 4: Lost in space, are some of the best worst movies I've ever seen.

Godot is correct!
Steel Dawn with Patric Swayze (2 very bad mullets), Mad Max III: Beyond Thunderdome (Mel Gibson's mullet in the first half and Tina Turner's mullet), umm... yeah these movies would also fit the "Post-Apocalyptic Mullet Battle" title. And an honorable mention goes out to the pre-apocalyptic mullet by the red-haired-mulleted boyhood friend of John Connor in Terminator 2: Judgement Day. (Wtf is it with apocalyptic movies and bad hairstyles?) Hey, has anyone seen "The Story of Ricky"? And considering this is an Argentinian-based game development studio, has anyone out there seen the "Plaga Zombie" movies?

I'm old school (for you youngsters, that's how we used to spell "Ol' Skool"), so I like a little 1930's gem called "Freaks". That's it.... just "Freaks".
It's creepy. If you can find it, it's really worth a watch. It's black and white, but it's a talkie (another word for "movies with sound" back then). And it has probably the best "group chant" for accepting a newbie into one's midst. "Gooba, Gobba, Gooba, Gobba, We accept you, we accept you, Gooba Gobba, Gooba Gobba, One of us, One of us..." AND, you get to see a human torso (literally no arms or legs at all) strike a match and light his own cigarette! |
