NGD Devs please read, possible lagg/framerate fix

Hi,
I had been trying to play since the latest patch and like so many others I had lagg and a crippling frame rate that made the game almost un-playable. But I decided to try and wait for the blue Downloading bar that sometimes appears in game over the players name/lvl/health bar to get done with its download. As soon as the bar went away, so did my lagg and bad fps. Perhaps there has become an issue with the constant downloading and fps? I play on dial-up and before the last patch there was no problem with lagg, but as long as that blue downloading bar is on the screen I can't play. Could yall look into this and perhaps it'll fix the problem for those of us who can't play because of bad fps and lagg?

There is option in RoLauncher to download all resources at once. This saves you constant downloads of resources and lags when you enter new areas. You will wait a little more to get all resouces, but then it is better.
