xp boosters
Had question about xp boosters. Is 200% xp booster mean 4 times more xp or + twice more xp.
let's say you get 200xp for a mob, 50% xp booster: you get 300xp 100% xp booster: you get 400xp 200% xp booster: you get 800xp? or 200 + 400 = 600xp? Also, does realm or dragon xp apply after xp booster? Thanks. Last edited by gimolas; 10-07-2009 at 07:42 PM. |

It is the 200 base XP plus 200% of it (400 XP), which adds up to 600 XP. And, yes, it's why I think the 200% boosters are not really worth it unless you really feel you need them. Compared to the 100% boosters they give you 50% more XP, but they cost about 132% more. Go figure.
I'm not exactly sure, but it think you get the +RLM calculated to the boosted base XP. What I'm sure of is that you get more +RLM when using boosters, but I don't think the +RLM itself is boosted (correct me if I'm wrong here (and, yes, there is a difference)). Dragon XP is boosted, it's just XP, no difference is made. However, you should think twice about going to the dragon (or other boss mobs, even leaders), as it will take a lot of time to kill them, keeping the timer running. It would probably better to just kill normal mobs in the same time. Sidenote: The last paragraph doesn't apply to support conjurers, since for passive XP the countdown is only triggered at the same time you receive the XP.

Thanks for the reply.
Yes, normal xp, GRP, CHG are increased by xp booster. After all that, then RLM bonus is applied. Are there any plans for NGD to implement a "buy xp for xim" premium? With the xp booster, you still have a lot to grind. This way, it would eliminate grinding and someone could level up to 50 much fater. Not sure if anybody would be interested... it all depends on the price. |

You're retarded :P j/k
If they have a scroll to get to level 30 for 24000 xim, why not have a scroll to get from level 30 to level 50? It could cost 100,000 xim or more. If people are buying the level 30 scroll, I see people who would buy the level 50 one. If nobody's buying the level 30 scroll, then what's the point of offering it? |
