Curiosity about RO servers

The OS in horus are beeing reinstalled as said in the intro page of client, it makes me curioues about what OS RO servers use (windows or Linux) and what version(distro).

Will i have less problems if i use same OS of the server?

interesting question

id assume they would be running some kind of *nix like linux lets face it noone sane would run windows as a server(or as a desktop)

Hmmm, 3 hours to reinstall the OS... that could be only Gentoo.

These server changes don't affect the client side, so no.
