Losing sound often

Like the title explains..

Anyone else experience this since the last update or is this just me

(i also lose sound last night when syrtis was busy prebuff exploiting the boss..ngd fix that too please)

it seems random, as i was just standing here when i lost it (though other players were near..so maybe one of their buffs triggered it)

I am currently playing in windowed mode..running youtube in the background..using win 7 enterprise (some onboard realtek audio) but its never been an issue for me before, aside from whenever im at bosses due to massive buff spam, but this now..is quite often, during typical gameplay.
