Videocard vs Videocard
Holas all,
At this moment i got in my pc a NVidia 7600 GT (256mb) card. My parents have in there computer an ATI Radeon HD 4350 (512mb) card. Is it an idea to change these two videocards? I am really bad with videocards so i dont have any idea if its good or bad. Here is a comparising site: http://www.gpureview.com/show_cards....=435&card2=585 Maybe also handy to tell that i am running linux (dont know if that affects the results) |

Nvidia have better support of older cards in Linux. They actually support all cards still. ATI periodically drops card models from drivers forcing people to stick to old ones or use free drivers.

This might help dunno. EDIT: You selected AGP on gpureview.com. Are you sure of which type of slot you have (AGP or PCI-ex)? |
