Having Internet Connection Problems

Well like the title says, though I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post non-ro Related stuff here.. I hope I am.

As for the problem, this last couple of days everytime when I start my pc up I usually browse to Twitter, try to log in on Youtube and listen some music, go RO Forum and start RO Launcher. Usually everything works out fine, well the last couple of days I've met some really annoying problems. When I'm playing RO usually around 10 minutes later my internet stops Browsing.. I can't log in to MSN can't use Youtube or Forum totally nothing. The only thing that works is RO ? Weird enough I can just continue play.. When I restart my computer the problem usually disappears. But it's really annoying to restart your computer every damn time.
I Called my internet provide but I got a man on the line which clearly did not know where he was talking about?? He didnt know what the problem was and didn't even tell me what it could be.. He only said I should let one of their men come visit but that's extremely expensive.

I hope anyone can help me with this, I really do..

As for the info, I use both Mozilla and IE fully updated. I have a pretty weird Windows 7/Mac version of OS which is I think cracked not sure though got it from a friend. I think that's it.. and I use Eset Anti-Virus.

i think its Windows protection service... Don't allow to the RO-client to work long in the Internet... look adm tools...
