Not startable at all :(

Hi there

i have been playing Regnum a bit now, and it was pretty well playable.
I had to switch to Windows for a while, for some reasons, and wanted to start playing regnum again with linux. I had a lot of crashes but i was a bit used to it
But now i cant play anymore and that sucks
I always come as far as the Char selecting side, but when it should show my char it crashes. I use Feisty Fawn Ubuntu and ATI with latest drivers. Crash Logfile:

if u use ati u have to use the safe mode, only with this u will not have crahses

I did safemode and that debug thing mentioned in a different thread, which put shaders off.
What i find very very interessting, is that when I download all again i can play for half an hour

OpenGL version string: 2.0.6474 (8.38.6)

as i said before, it is the lastest ATI Driver.
It is working all well, only Regnum wont function at all.
Hmm maybe its because the generic kernel is a smp...

Regnum use some function of opengl 2.1, like shaders. if u wanna play with ati official drivers u have to play with safe mode, I have the same problem...

meaby with mesa 7.0 the problem be fixed but in the spanish forum we cant make it work
