Fight Spirit of Warlock (Video)
This is the second major "pvp" video since Warlock Art of Ignis video.
This video also shows a combat effective 4th generation warlock setup and at the same time exposes the imbalance exist between classes in RO right now. Here is the link. Hope u like and don't watch if u hate me ok? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PQsGv...1&feature=plcp PS: I think RvR vids are really boring such as the one i put up last week. Don't want to disappoint the viewers again hehe. |

I'm playing my Warlock for 4,5 years now ... And I have to say: Nice gameplay and video ...
I really like it to see good Warlockgameplay-vids on YouTube and I also think, that RvR-Videos could be very cool, but for the most part, they're average. soo ... - nice gameplay - nice video - ... more! btw: I like your computer/laptop I have played RO for 4 years on a laptop like yours ...

Its hard to hate free RP running around soloing.
I wish hotw was gone so good solo players at least have chance to win when outnumbered. It must really be a struggle to find good material these days. Sad. |

One question: Why do you have more than one icon of the same spell in the same spell bar? To hit it easier or...? P.S. It's not always pleasant to meet you in wz -- Slartibartfast |

It easier to cast when vital spells are with more buttons. You can duplicate on first and second spellbar too. On first bar you can cast with keyboard - i use that for devotion, horn and amb.
Hepha is one of most(if not most) unpleasant locks in WZ.

I cast mostly with mouse. Keyboard for move. Dunno it is easier for me. Maybe Hepha does this too.

But if ur left handed, you can use number pad (right hand) for casting while ur left hand is on the mouse for turning which is more convenient and natural than a right handed person. In other words, if your left handed, you are born to play RO. Position same spell (ambitious sacrifice) on key 0 on F2 through F4 help with the transition between spell bars. After all, switching function bar and then casting a spell is slower than casting a spell without switching bars. It's the difference between typing 1 letter vs typing 2 letters in order to get to that spell. ambitious is most frequently used and most important mana regen. that's why I have it on F2 through F4 with only 1 purpose in mind - to minimize casting time. This new setup took me months to finally build into my subconscience so that when a certain situation comes up I can cast "automatically". Every key has to become ur second nature and that too will reduce your casting time and therefore increase your combat ability. Comparing my last RvR video with this more PvP oriented video, you can see clearly that small scale or pvp fights require better hand reflex and more accurate casting and reaction time as opposed to a RvR fight where you can sort of "slack off" in it. I cast 50% more spells per minute in small scale fight than in a fort war and with much more accuracy because the situation requires that you do. ofc, everything comes with thousands of hours of practise. Why do you think I always hunt alone and fight multiple targets at once? Why do you think I go goat save everyday looking for fights? Each of these fights helps me with the hand reflexes and help me develop these subconscience spell casting. while all my enemy is having fun owning me 4 vs.1 and getting all the easy rps, I'm becoming stronger and stronger with every fight. You might follow a group all day and cast one or 2 spells with ur mouse click to kill somebody but you won't learn anything from it and you will never grow. One year from now you will still suck as you are now. Most of gelfs just play for rps, farm at samal and aggy everyday with superior number and superior gear which always piss me off lol Last edited by esptupac; 07-26-2012 at 06:40 PM. |
