About the Latest Changelog 1.9.6 (Hotfix 3)

I got some observations for this.
1. Should it be Hotfix 4?
2. We can now get 5 WM quest plus one Realm task which is a total quests of 6. Before this i remember i can only get 4WM + Realm task or 5WM that is a limit of 5. Since my char is level 53 and dont have normal quest so i am not sure whether the total quest we can take is 6 or not
3. Regarding the "mobs have no difficulty at all do not drop any loot", does it apply to dragon or epic mob either in solo or party mode? At least, my 53 char killed Avalon after the fix got nothing at all except a message of "This creature is no longer a challenge for you", before I got at least some loot. Is this a coincidence or work as intended.

I wish someone can clarify it to a noob like me

If you have one Realm Task, you can only take 4 normal quest = 5 Quest
If you have no Realm Task, you can take 5 normal quests AND one Realm Task = 6 Quest. Maybe it is a little bug!

If you are in a party and the mob has then no difficult, you can´t drop any loot. This is really bad, i think.

can you say this for sure about dragons, too?

Ps. lvl 60ers already don't loot at WZ-bosses, and THIS is really bad.

I think you're meant to have 5 quests and 1 realm task. The 4 quest 1 realm task thing is a bug that was fixed?

Monsters won't drop anything if you are too high level.
(This includes boss monsters)
Sucks to be high level now doesn't it?

All of this was done to allow low level players to train in peace vs the monsters they needed for their quest.

BETTER SOLUTION
NGD should have just increased respawn rate of monsters instead of nerfing everyone like this.
