Guide to Disciplines and Powers
Guide to Disciplines and Powers
Disciplines: You start with 4 Disciplines your choice of class Mage, Archer, or Warrior will determine what they are. After you reach level 10 you choose specialty for the class you have chosen and 4 additional Disciplines will become available for a total of 8. Mages: - Conjurer - Healing and Pet - Warlock - Damage Archers: - Hunter - Tracking and Pet - Marksman - Damage Warriors: - Knight - Higher defense - Barbarian - Higher damage For each level you gain you get "Discipline points". The Discipline points are used to raise the level of a Discipline starting at 1 to a maximum of 19. Discipline levels are capped based on your character’s level. The formula used for this is [(Your Current Level + 1) / 2 = Max Discipline Level] and after you run the numbers it looks like this. Level | Max Discipline ........|...................... 1......|....1 3......|....2 5......|....3 7......|....4 9......|....5 11....|....6 13....|....7 15....|....8 17....|....9 19....|....10 21....|....11 23....|....12 25....|....13 27....|....14 29....|....15 31....|....16 33....|....17 35....|....18 37....|....19 Below is a chart of the points needed to raise a Discipline to the next level and the total points needed to attain a level. (Note: For levels 16-19 I’m guessing as I have not made it to that level yet but the pattern is pretty obvious.) Level.|..Needed..|...Total.Need ........|..Points....|...Points ........|..for.lvl....|...for.lvl ------|---------|------------- ...2...|......1....|......1 ...3...|......3....|......4 ...4...|......3....|......7 ...5...|......6....|......13 ...6...|......6....|......19 ...7...|......10..|......29 ...8...|......10..|......39 ...9...|......15..|......54 ...10..|......15..|......69 ...11..|......21..|......90 ...12..|......21..|......111 ...13..|......28..|......139 ...14..|......28..|......167 ...15..|......36..|......203 ...16..|......36..|......239 ...17..|......47..|......286 ...18..|......47..|......333 ...19..|......57..|......390 Spells\Powers: The other half of Disciplines is Spells\Powers. Each Discipline has 10 Spells\Powers. As your level increases you will get "Power points". Power points increase a single Spell\Powers level in a Discipline starting at 1 to a maximum of 5. The maximum Spell\Power level is determined by the Discipline level that the Spell\Power is under. The Power\Spell Level: - Discipline Levels 1-10 = Power Level 2 - Discipline Levels 11-14 = Power Level 3 - Discipline Levels 15-18 = Power Level 4 - Discipline Level 19 = Power Level 5 Hope that will help........
