Important: Bad behavior reporting

Hello everyone,

Due to a recent increment on bad behavior reporting inside the game and the forum, we have decided to setup a dedicated e-mail address.

We don't want the forum to transform into a witch-hunt, so those threads opened to report on someone will be closed and/or deleted, under moderator discretion.

In any case we need to contact you regarding this issue, we will do so directly via e-mail.

The dedicated address is:
abuse@ngdstudios.com.ar

We have also added a new penalty on the rules of conduct:
- Using exploits to gain unfair advantages: 1st strike = 1 week ban, 2nd strike = Account disabled.

I have 2 questions about this rule, first can you explain what's included in getting a unfair advantage over someone else?

And when we talk about getting your account disabled is that your account in game or only the forums?

i think he means bugs such as drowning champions etc.. ( EXPLOITS: abuses )

Yes i think so too, but i just wanna be sure of that before i do anything that im unsure of doing and get punished for it.

We do not intend to ban everyone that we think is suspicious of using some part of the game in a "cuestionable" way.

This penalty is there to reduce the amount of people using known exploits to get something out of the game, that it should (using common sense and the game context) be obtained from some other way.

There is also the fact, that there can be bugs and one can be exploiting them involuntarily. We are aware of this and as such, every case will be analyzed first.

This raises some more questions for me, if for example my conjurer friend get a zarkit at lvl 18 and just to show it off and try it, goes around and kills some mobs, then someone sees him and reports him.

Would you ban him if he did this?

And if i'm in a party that are trying to slay the dragon and suddenly someone in this party drowns the dragon. Are we all gonna get banned or just the one guy?

It doesn't matter now whether you drown him or not. You don't get any xp for the kill if the mob is drowned. I found this out on the Ice Beach when I shot a Yeti acroos a pool and he drowned in the pool trying to get to me.

What a noob, maybe the ai shoulf be fixed so that mobs try to avoid water, I've already seen this happen in some way. Although it was a weird way for a weird mob. an aquantis was taking a random walk and was walking towards the water. It got it's head under and started losing hp so it ran away again.

Is it a bug if you run behind a mage casting a spell to get it canceled?

Yes, what's the complete list of what constitutes abuse? using ranged attacks from ontop of rocks to kill mobs? = Guilty, but I find randonm places on the map that have the same effect of the mob stading right infront of me but not attacking me. Using town guards to kill mobs? = Guilty, no way you can do that archer's quest to kill the Tankoban at the Lv you get it. Using hiding spots in rocks at war to setup ambushes? = Guilty, this is a common tactic if you know where the hiding places are. Swearing on the forum? = Guilty, bt it's never directed at anyone, I always type how I think, for me it's a normal thing to swear all the time, so I guess I'll get my bitchin', helln', fuckin', ass out of here lol.
