Hostname error

I have not played in a few months but when i go to login and when it should start downloading it pops up with an error saying: Trying to solve a NULL hostname:giving up

Try to download and install Regnum again

I have tried that many times now and its the same thing ... i also had it installed onto my laptop and it works fine at my house but neither my laptop or my desktop works in my doorm. which leads me to think it might somehow be my internet connection cause that is all that i have changed on my computers. I am running on xp and have my firewall and anti virus off but it still happens. any more ideas that i can try?

Interesting. I sometimes get that error and can still play...are you sure it's impossible to press "Enter Game World"?

Sometimes some schools ban access to some sites, but I don't think it's the case... you should check it

I get this sometimes but have always just clicked ok and been able to pay the game as normal

it will show that messege and i hit okay like forever and eventually it will let me hit enter the world but non of the worlds show up on the launcher and it says verifying and i left it that way for a day straight thinking and hoping it would start updating but ... it didnt ... im going to talk to the tech people here on campus to see if somehow its the internet they provide .. i doubt it tho... its so weird it works when im on my internet at home .. idk
