Knight/hunter get a nice damage boost to pull them over a dead point with armor/not having to use weapon buff, barbs and marks are probably most effective with it ^^

Recharged arrows affects the amulet damage, so instead of 50 you have 70 points more only counting that skill.
Even overwhelming strength has the same effect but the bonus is much lower and the ratio base_damage/amulet_bonus is less convenient.
Marksman are the characters that have the best advantage from dragon amulet for me.
