Transmute

Hello, I tried to translate some arrows but I realised that feature can't be done. Any1 knows why arrows not included in transmutation and if they will make it possible to do?

Also the amount of materials for crafting one needs to be reduced a lot.

I think... I T H I N K... it is because you can only tranmute Weapons and/or Armor. Arrows aren't either of those, they are Projectiles. That is my guess, I don't really know.
