Any idea how to fix this?

I don't know if I should send a ticket for this, so I'm asking players here, maybe you guys have an answer already.
I log in, as usual, and click "PLAY". After waiting for 10-15 seconds, this error pops up. I tried choosing Ra instead of Haven, and it allows me to play in Ra just normally, no black screen, nothing. Any idea?

Haven is down and hence the error mentioned pops up. It will be up in another 4 to 6 horus.
