Thumbs up Fix to the packet loss issue

Dear Regnum users,

I'm glad to announce that the staff of the Datacenter where Regnum is located, has found an issue on the internal network and fixed it last sunday. Since then, we've received several positive reports that indicate that the issue is no more.

On the other hand, we are aware that the packet loss measurement has some unusual spikes from time to time so we'll be working to make that more precise.

Please, if you have any confirmation that it's working better for you, let us know right here.

Regards,

By last sunday you mean yesterday?

I did notice it slightly better last night and today when i was playing but it still seems quite high during peak play times.

Sad to say I developed huge packet loss yesterday, hovering around 40. It makes even grinding hard.

I've had packet loss hovering around 40% for most of my 2 hours or so of play today (11:00-13:00 gmt)

It isnt as bad, it is normally around 15%, but often jumps randomly. When entering war or nearing groups of people the spikes increase in frequency. I'm just blaming the amount of people online in Alsius and Syrtis, they both have loads on.

Edit: Right now while grinding I have no packet loss, and ping is at its normal of around 100. Going to try going to war to see what happens.
