Problem Entering Game Worlds

Well i was on the game earlier and i went off for a brake only a short one and when i tryed getting back onto the game i had problems... well i clicked ENTER GAME WORLD and i got verifying and that stuff and then it stops at DATA1.sdb and doesnt load anythink just stick at that point..

So just need some help on what the problem is and how i can fix..
