Default Not receiving the code to log in on my email

Hello,

It is basically what it says on the title, I've check my email multiple times, even tried to sent multiple code but not receiving any.

Each time I have tried the automated password reset system, I get a blank email in my inbox with no text or links to follow. The automated password recovery system is broken. You will have to submit a ticket via NGD support to recover your account. Good luck!

This is also one of the FAQ subjects when you go to the Support page
