Are you sure?
Some additional details would help.. Did you try counting for example the number of hits per eg. 10 seconds?
Could you get a vid?

considering use of a medium and fast bow (without any extra as), you should get 0.53 (fast) hits per second and 0.4 hps (medium). That would mean that with fast bow you should get about 5 hits in ten seconds and with medium 4 hits in ten seconds.

Taking into account your last test, this is about correct...

5% as from ROL does only minimal difference in those numbers over such short times.

Rapid shot should be noticeable though.

Are those numbers from the wiki? Attack speed has been changed three or four times since that was last updated. Weapon speeds are much closer than they used to be. When I tested the speeds of my bows (and the new definition of attack speed), I went to Gorlak (inner realm champion mob in Alsius). I set up for high defense and low offense so I could do about 100 shots on him without stopping/moving. If you want to test this sort of thing, you can't just do 4-5 shots at a time, and you really shouldn't do it against an enemy player.

The new definition of attack speed gave it a slight nerf for low values. 10% now is about what 9% used to be (much larger nerf for larger values, which is why mages now get 100% cast speed, which is equal to 50% from before).

tl;dr The weapon speeds and the definition of attack speed were changed, so don't expect much of a difference if you aren't looking for it the right way.

True, yes they are from the wiki

Anyway, 5 as does not do such difference as it used to... From experience, 10 as (two rols) is noticeable for long bows...
