Why no Crafting?
So, I started playing yesterday and I am really enjoying the game but I am curious as to why there is no crafting at all? As an archer, I'd really like to be able to be a fletcher or make leather armor. Is this at all planned for a future update or have the devs made it known they will never have it?

Um...Why, like really :S
You can already buy it all but implementing crafting to make arrows will also mean that they would have to add other skills for you to gather in order to make arrows. With that being said don't you think that other classes will also need thier own crafting skills? Don't really like the sound of it really. Makes it sound like we're another version of Runescape. But hey I'm only 1 player if you get more people to support you on this and bring it to NGD's attention maybe they would consider it.

do ittt!!!!
yes this game needs crafting skills.
mainly as something other to do than constantly grinding. i get very bored of doing the same thing over and over again, and like a variety of different things to do, other than just grinding all the time until i'm high enough level to go into the war zone. putting in crafting skills would be a good idea for player like me that need a fallback, or something new to do. games like runescape and world of warcraft are so popular because people have an almost unlimited variety of things to do and surprizes to uncover, making it hard for people to get bored by doing the same thing over and over again. |
