Missing characters

Ok so I have not played this game in about 3 years.Last time i played was when warmasters were released. When I came back to it today all my characters were gone and the only server I have access to is haven? I don't even remember this server. last ones i remember playing on were ra and horus. Is there any way i can get access back to ra and horus so I can have my characters back?

Edit: as it has been several years I also do not have access to the email used to create this account. I remembered my info to log in however now when I try to I need an auth code which I cannot get due to email being deleted. Should I just start over?

Edit managed to get my email access back. However I am still not able to select RA where my characters are. Only haven shows up :/ and I am using an NGD account to log in with.

hope we can welcome you back.

the new haven server was formed outof the character database from the servers Raven and Horus. So your Horus characters should still be in Haven server if u click on Haven.

I amnot sure about Ra accounts, but I think... about 2 months to 1 yr ago, NGD has been tightening up access to Ra on the basis of geographic spread. So for example, I made a lvl 1 account on Ra about 6 months ago and now I cant access it because I am not in Argentina, spain or latin America. However, if you have a high level toon in Ra, u should be able to submit a support ticket and request the character be transferred to Haven.

About 1 year ago.. NGD also tightened up security on all accounts. Whenever you login from a new IP or new PC, regnum requires that you authenticate the new IP/PC by inputting a code they will send to your registered email. You must input this code when the game asks you to at login. If you do not and exit first, the game will cancel the old code and resend a new one for each time you try to login. Make sure u keep your email secure!
