Cant logg in regnum !!!

Problem is when I get to loading page ,then screen goes black and regnum stops to work .. I waitied a hour and nothing.
I can logg 2 days per week .. and other 5 I cant becouse of this problem.
My husband has no problem on same computer with his acc.
So where can be problem ?

So, if I understood correctly, your account cannot login, while your husbands works fine all the time?
Do you log in under the same user (on the PC), or are there any differences (admin/user..).
Do you both use the same installation of RO?
Do you have the option "download all resources at once" disabled/enabled?

Same admin .. both have dl all resources etc ... absolute no diff.
So I cant understand why one one acc is all fine and other is stucked most of time .

That black screen issue sometimes happens to me, if I alt+tab the game. Do you happen to switch the windows when the games is loading?
That's about the last thing I can come up with

Yes I know for that issue .. but this is different ; when it passes NGD loggo and comes to loading screen it is only written loading at bottom of black screen and it can be there for hours not to move.
After alt+tab often comes to black screen true but this is not problem here.
It is just that regnum stops to respond and only on my account and always on same place.
So I have to turn off regnum on taskmanager but when i try to go back there is no crash report so that I can send to NGD.
Ok I would think problem is in my computer but .. when my husband loggs all is good , he never had same problem and we have one computer.
I can play on my account but as i said like 2 days in week (example: monday and saturday * ... other days is stucked)
I though it was problem from time when server crashed and my acc was in there but this happen to me b4 and started more often after server crash.
Mybe is connected but it happend a bit less often b4 ... so confused
