Face it, knight is a support class. If you're alone you shouldn't expect to catch and kill another class. Every class is faster and counters a knight. Barb's have better resists, damage, defense and speed. Hunter's can kite you with insane speed and still hit you 1k+ while in defensive stance. Marksman can wear you down with their norms/etheral/break apart. Mages can kite and CC you forever and chip away at you.

I do agree with you though, balance is even more skewed when it comes to knights. The broken armor system and difference in move speed between the classes shows even more, especially with the boost hunters get from dragon armor. I used to be able to catch a hunter when he tried to gank me some of the time, but i wouldn't care to try now. Just be happy that you can help at fort wars or buy more ximerin and hope for move speed leggings. You could try to find yourself duped boss jewels too, if you've got a little money.
