Transferring agro mobs

Can someone have a look at this really irritating bug please?

I see it over and over, an enemy picks up an agro mob brings it over and then drops it on you, even though you haven't attacked it, gone anywhere near it or cast any areas that might attract it.

If an enemy aggravates a mob then it should stick to them unless you attack it. Some enemies seem to be able to do it at will.
