Helper applications open again!

Hey everyone!

We're currently looking for new helpers to join up the current team of GM's! We're basically willing to find active users primarily from Ignis and Alsius to perform the following tasks:

Solve doubts/questions that players may come up with about game content.
Help out in difficult missions for a single player, in case no allies can help the user out.
Moderate different chat channels.
Collect and communicate feedback about users' opinions and concerns.

It's important to clarify that the Helper account will be a completely new account, and therefore won't affect any of the accounts the applicant may have.

Helper Requirements:

Reached level cap with at least one character. (Must specify the account that uses to play)
Be able to play with the Helper account at least 2 hours a day.
Know the realm entirely.
Have a clean record (meaning no prior bans or similar).

If you want to help the Community and think that you meet these requirements, send an e-mail to volunteering.cor@ngdstudios.com providing the following information:

Full name.
Regnum account username.
Range of hours in which you play, specifying time zone too in GMT (go to http://wwp.greenwichmeantime.com/ if you don’t know how to express your local time in GMT!)
Country you’re playing from.
Languages. Specify which languages you know and how fluent you are in each case. It's a HUGE plus if you know Portuguese.

In a few lines, explain why do you want to volunteer and how you imagine you could do it.
Indicate if you’ve been a GM, forum Mod or similar before in other games. If so, please briefly explain which activities you performed.
