Pedido de traceroutes!

Hola a todos,

Les informamos que están habiendo progresos con respecto a los problemas de latencia.

Actualmente nos encontramos en comunicación con Telefónica, quienes nos han solicitado que aquellos usuarios que aun experimenten problemas provean de traceroutes para que podamos enviárselos. La ip que deberán usar es 104.196.13.153

Todos aquellos users que en alguna parte de su traceroute figure una línea de Telefónica, por favor publiquen en este mismo thread los resultados.

Sólo los que tengan problemas. A los que les ande bien (estable), por favor no.

Podrán encontrar una guía sobre cómo hacer un traceroute aquí.

Abajo dejo el traceroute desde Brasil, sigo teniendo problemas de latência y ahora tambien problemas de posicionamento, eso todo despues de la reubicación.

Hola, la verdad no cazo un guante con esto, no queria tocar nada por miedo de hacer macana, como publico mi traceroute? Y como cambio la ip? Si me pudieran ayudar gracias.

Primeramente debes descargar la aplicación WinMTR

http://sourceforge.net/projects/winm...2.zip/download

Dentro de la carpeta seleccionas la de tu S.O x32 o x64 , ejecutas la aplicación y en Host pones la siguiente Ip 185.52.158.245, click Start.
Tal como le verás en la imagen...

Una vez listo tu tracertrouter, das click en Copy Text to clipboard, con esto copiarás el resultado en un txt a tu escritorio y es el que deberás adjuntar aquí.
