Can someone please tell me why all my chars are missing when I log in?

That's a new one.. can you see them if you log into your account through the website?

They were definitely there a couple days ago when I saw you in game, so they couldn't have been deleted by a hacker / friend you let borrow your account. I've never heard of that bug either, are they all literally missing on the selection screen, and you're unable to join the game? Can you make a new one if you've got an open slot and have that one show? Also like pancakes asked, do they show up when you log into the website?

Weird...hopefully your ticket gets answered quick and you get your characters / stuff back.

The first reply on tickets comes fast ya, but the the second and the solution might takes years to get... Opened my second ticket for the same issue, yet it still wasn't solved since last October. Getting really pissed cuz of that ^^
