My Characters Are Gone

When I try to log on, I get the screen asking me to select a realm. Kind of freaking out a bit; does this happen a lot? First time for me...

Make sure, that you are logging in the correct server. Also, you can check your characters through the website (sign in on main website, click "my account" and go to "characters")
If your characters were somehow deleted (sharing your account/email information...), submit a ticket asap.

It says no characters on this account, and the email address has been changed somehow. Ticket submitted, really hope nothing is lost. Both Haven and Ra characters are gone. Definitely, 100% wasn't sharing with anyone.

Well, good luck, I hope it gets solved asap I think NGD has the possibility to restore your characters for a certain period of time, I'm not sure for how long the backups keep..

I remember some years ago this happened to a few people. Get a ticket in fast, mark it as huge priority.
