Doom-Elf
Hello,
I had a close friend called Elf. She played this game on Haven server and I think recently on RA. Her main character probably called "Doom-Elf" or similar. She would have created a guild called Trouble most likely here. She was from Croatia. I have very sad news, she died earlier this month. I miss her terribly. She loved this game more than any other. I played some time with her here but sadly not enough. She had friends here, Tito was one. She also had a friend Isabo. I have not been able to contact Isabo and dont know if Isabo knows this yet. She was burst of energy and loved pvp. She had heart of gold and protect her friends to the last. I remember she so please when I play here and got a horse. So simple. Love Elfie forever. Chrysera. |

I'm so sorry to hear that I remember her very well from warzone, she was a good player.
Rest in peace Doom-Elf. ;(

This is heartbreaking news, Doom was really nice. She was very protective of her friends and clan, so at times she could be feisty, but I've talked with her many times and she was actually really nice and helpful. She was the leader of "trouble", which was made up of some of my favorite people in Ignis, all very nice and respectable players, so she obviously was a good leader. Ever since she and her clan moved to Ra... Ignis (and the game in general) just hasn't been the same for me. Her loyalty to her friends and clan mates was pure, it seemed as if her clan members meant the world to her. She had a very strong spirit, and didn't take BS from anyone. Edit- I forgot to mention that I actually learned a lot about the game from her. R.I.P. Doom.

Thank you Chrysera.
Last time I talked with her was around five months ago. Told she was in car accident but survived and was OK then. After few weeks she did not reply to my mails. Thought she just did not check it that often since that mail account was for RO only, AFAIK. Anyway, time passed and I got very worried. I tried to find all clues around this forum and via few players, where she might be. Got nothing. Sent message to Isabo too, if she knew anything about Elfy. But she never responded... All I could do is to wait something to happen. Elfy certainly was great leader for Trouble and very dear friend of mine. She was strong person. I did not know her at all when I joined Trouble. But it did not take long to get known with her. She was like caring mother for us. Always pushed us to grind to the 60 and get WM. So we did. Then she planned to get all of us to have complete dragon sets and she would enchant those of course. We went for crazy mag hunting and I was the first to receive full set. Sadly, I also was the last one too... At that time, we were quite a active clan. It was great. I got nick name "drunken turkey" due my carnival hat and dancing skills. Then there was that quiet time at fall, and some "friendly" fellow came to claim that "Trouble is dead, come to my new clan", and there went few not-so-loyal members. Yet we survived that. Then there was that interesting event when one member with officer rank sold their account and kicked (or the new owner kicked) most members out of our clan. That was pretty annoying, even tho most active members still were there and we managed to move on. 2015 came and I had to take a break. Moved to other MMO, made Trouble guild there, but still came back since I missed my RO family very much. Sadly, after week or two I came back, I never saw any of our members again. I was all alone in Haven and Ra. And that is the short history of me, Trouble and Elfy. I have so many good memories of Elfy. She helped me so much, and believed that I will be the "deadliest turkey of RO". I cannot believe that she is gone... Feels so unreal. I never have had so deep connection over internet to some person. She did not know me very well, nobody does, and it bothered me much cause I wanted to let her know me better, she deserved it. I even had some ideas of us, Trouble, having some meeting someday in future. Or at least that I could travel to Croatia to see her, cause I knew we'd become best friends IRL... And I guess we already were, in RO. This is painful and horrible. I wish this never happened. Still, I am relieved that I know the truth, so thank you Chrysera for telling this. It means much to me. Always remembering you, dear Elfy. With love, Deldhineth a.k.a turkey of Trouble. PS: Isa, if you ever read this, contact me. |

This is unexpected. It's common to see players go absent. It's just a game after all, there's more to life than hoarding fake coins and obsessing over fake jewelry. Life is unpredictable, however. It feels melancholic to think that some of them can't ever return. We don't think too much about each other's mortality until tragedy happens.
Although Doom-Elf and I weren't more than acquaintances in an online game, I do feel a loss. We played on the same side but most of our interactions took place on realm chat arguing over inconsequential details. It was fun messing with her head. She provided me with a lot of entertainment when I had nothing productive to do. Now I won't ever get to have a chance to know her better than this. It's another reminder I am playing alongside mortals.

Hi,
Very sorry to hear about Doom-Elf. My condolences to her loved ones. Events like this are so sad and really make you think. We know each other through realm chat or warzone. We see each other's avatars but not the real person, yet in some way there is also a real connection. We lost a member of our community today. Kind of makes me want to do something for her. Today at 18:00 UTC+1 I'll set off some fireworks at pn (from toon Jarne), anyone wants to join you're welcome to do so. Love and peace, Jarne, Jaro Seeker, Dr Jarne |

Hello Isabo,
I played Chrysera and was on game a few times with you and Elf. I am so sorry u just found out. Yea we look for you as knew you very close. Elf, or Mirijam her real name, had real life friend who told me. He has just seen your post and he will post here soon and you can post here or go on facebook or email after. He try very hard and long to find you as elf talked about you to him and he work hard to find her online friends. Yes she has gone. I am very said and cry for some days. I keep hoping its all mistake and she come back but she has died in car crash. It coming back to me now again. But Elf would want you to know. I know from the sadly little time I had with her on Regnum that you were a close friend of hers. She had so much energy and looked after us on game. Love elfy forever.
