Hi, everytime i've tried to log in these past few days (haven't played in awhile) I've been getting this error message. Anyone know what the problem could be? Tried reinstalling but that didn't work. Cannot access Haven or RA

Usually, this error message shows up when the server is unavailable, and not because of a problem on your side. I know Haven was down at least two times for several hours this week, so maybe you just were unlucky. If not, then I don't know :<
