can't buy ximerin

i can't buy xim.
This is what happens:
I log in, chose the amount i want, click the 'disclaimer' box, and then press "get ximerin".
Then a page comes up saying i need to be logged in to buy xim.
But i was logged in.
Anyone know what's going on?

could u try changing the language of the page?

just tried another language - same thing happened

If you are using internet explore, try using Firefox.

it could be my security system - it's a bit 'full-on'.
am going to have a good look at the advanced settings today.
i just got new computer - so still getting used to it.
i will say this tho - all the tech probs i had on regnum with my old system (chronic lag, game freezing, crashing, etc) have wonderfully disappeared.
i wasn't sure how much the regnum server was to blame - but it now seems that it was all the fault of my inadequate old system.
my gaming experience is now fantastic!
