setup for barbarian lvl 48?

Can anyone give me a war setup with dual blunt weapons for a bb lvl 48? And what skills from 2-h mastery can I use with duals?

Good for grinding as well as war (has all the basics), but lacks peripherals (pick these up as you level: Owth, Ons, Exp wave, Thun str maybe).
