Questions about fine steel arrows

Why have fine steel arrows been taken off sale in Alsius?

If there's a seller i've missed that sells them can someone plz let me know where they are?

Have the other 2 realms lost the ability to buy fine steel darts?

Do fine steel arrows really make a difference to hit chance?

I never took much notice about the price of arrows, but haven't they gone up since the last update?

Can a fine steel arrrow reach the moon from Earth if fired from a longbow?

- Serious answers to the first 5 questions would be greatly appreciated

I have the impression they do make a difference, but haven't made any tests.

Haven't bought any arrows since the update, so can't confirm this.

Secret merchant still sells the lvl38 fine steels, but they've been donwgraded from master to superior quality.

From what I've heard from Boger, it seems Ignis still has it.

Yes. I tested some of my lvl48 fine steel arrows against some other inferior qualities. With the lvl48 I miss about once in every 8 shots. With others, it's noticeably a lot more often. Even the lvl38 fine steels miss at least thrice as much as its lvl48 counterpart.

Only if the longbow is large enough, the arrow is 500 feet long and the string strong enough so it will not break under the extreme tension.

im undecided here. at least they dont change hit chance in the stats. and the rest could be psychology as well.
But then ... why should they sell arrows made of diffrent materials then ...

If I remeber correctly, someone in The THuGsters did some testing on arrows once and the results were posted in THG's homesite. Maybe in the forum, not sure exactly but it's there somewhere. I still have about 3500, so I'll run a few tests this week and post the rusults at Disposable Heroes' website.

A lot of weapons for warriors that used to be available in fine steal are now only available in steel.

Why have fine steel products been taken from sale?
