Server bug with spells

It seems I cannot capture any pets with those spells, dunno why, but I have also received stunning fist of level 5, and it is dealing 500+ damage almost always, so spells don't only look like they were higher level.

It is nice to get high level spells without having required levels, but maybe this should be fixed anyway.

dont worry, NGD reintroduces this bug every few weeks

(or dont they fix at all?)

The fairest way is to type /reset_powers and go to the trainer again
