cant get past loading screen

i try to load the game and get the small screen with 2 blue elf like things on it holding stafs at the bottem theres a loading bar once it reaches 100% the small screen diapears then reapears and starts to load again and so on for hours with no progress.

any suggestions?

i have tried restarting my computor i have had this problem for a week

i HAVE NOT tried a reinstall but will soon (do u think this will help?)

im having the same trouble. I get the loading screen and it tries to update the regnum.exe and when it downloads it it crashes.
