Arrow prices

Im paying about 60-80k gold a week just in arrow purchases...let alone the ridiculous costs of lvl 50 eqp repair. since i am lvl 50 i do little mob harvesting, and in the last 2 weeks ive watched my money decline by close to 400k overall.

These arrow prices are still waaaaaay too high.

It sux - I know but you can't stop mob farming once you hit 50 - you'll go broke as an archer. Here's what I typically do:

I go to the orc camp (I think each realm has one) do my low profile and piss em all off - then rep-shot them all and collect the loot. This increases my chances of drops and those black pearls sell fairly well. Doing that always keeps me in the "black".

Yes, arrow prices are way too high.

So are the costs of my archer's repairs - he costs far more to keep in business than my mage.

repairs, especially for the bow are immense. But it was way worse when i still leveled.

but how can you be low on money? With all those quests - especially the rune ones - i made overall 8,5 mio gold.
Well i saved on bows and armor while leveling up too, as i got most of the stuff i needed from the clanbank or from friends

if i had to grind for money, that would really suck

Yeah, those rune quests are fine, but it's not current lvl 50 who really earn a lot of money with them. I'm leveling an archer currently and have begun after the runestones quests add, i have never bought a bow (lvl 29 now), and always sold useless ones, and never had to repair my bows, because i have a new one all the 2 lvl by quests.

I'm at 10% of a lvl 50 and have already 1.5M. Since that should continue until lvl 40... in fact the price will be nice for future lvl 50, but you current high lvl (and especially those who play a lot), are obviously fooled imho.

As you said NightTwix, that depends also of what you have done of your money before being 50 too...
