Hot Keys

A couple of newb questions:

1. I dragged and lost my "Rest" hot key. How can I get it back?

2. How can I make a hot key?

3. How can I drag a hot key from line 1 to, say, line 2...i.e. pick it up, click on the arrow, and drop in another place?

1) Use the "insert" key... it's easier that way. Anyway, go to the guy with the waving hand on the lower right corner of the screen, click him and drag and drop the skill to the hotbar.

2) Drag any wearable item or skill to the hotbar.

3) You can't drag and drop an item from a slot of the first hotbar to another slot from another hotbar. Use the spellbook (open it with "b") or the inventory (I don't remember the hotkey).
