Regarding Camouflage and Other Hunter Skills
When you're using "Camouflage" or "Stalker Surroundings", is it possible to buff yourself while using it?
Also, what's the difference between the skills "Track realm enemy" and "Enemy surveillance"? One more question, does "Son of the Wind" only add movement speed? And if anyone here would be willing, could they name the most important skills for a hunter? I'm planning on hunting other realm enemies and ambushing when possible, if that'll help. |

I don't know about camouflage, but attacking or casting spells while stalkered disables it. You can switch combat mode on and off though as well as going from rest to standing or vice versa.
Son of Wind also makes you almost invulnerable by evading almost all enemy spells and attacks during its duration. The rest I'm not very sure about the answers :P |

Ah, alright, thanks. Now I'll probably make better choices about the skills.

buff before you use camo..... buff before stalker.... <no point> track realm enemy doesnt give as much info as enemy survellance but its less mana.... i keep enemy survellance lvl 5 and trach realm enemy lvl 1 most important think for ambushing enemies is speed... i think all hunters need to use short bows... |

Hmm, I was thinking of ambushing with a long bow since it gave more range, and the skill tree for long bows has a passive damage buff as well as a passive concentration buff. True, I would have much less speed, but having to get closer to the enemy party with a short bow gives you less time to think as well as less time to shoot, no?

Having a longbow won't make much of a difference to ambush, the spell is limited to range 25, the same as the max range you can get from certain shortbows.
But if you're talking about ambush as in "catching someone off guard" and not the spell, either bows work well. You just have to adapt to different tactics. |

Heh, I was talking about setting up a trap and catching someone offguard. I like the spells for both short and long bows, but small bows were never really my thing, so I think I'll just go with long bow since now I know they're both about even, rofl.
