Twix to be honest, I got them when I logged on too, I didn't kill anything. Seems like it's a log in loot.

its a reward for a quest, theyre shown next to the gold reward. i dont know what they are good for.

I know that you it as a quest reward if you're in syrtis. It's in fisgael; you get it from successfully locating a person who had been mocking the governor of the city.
The quest giver was in the town hall; did you do a quest then log off, without checking to see if you'd got a reward from it?

Edit: Ah, just two minutes too late... oh well

'cause I sold and repaired everything I got so I was surprised to see anything here. Guess I am a newbie
