How Throat Cutter works ?

does it work on both monsters and players?

is it a good PvP skill or PvM is better?

How many skill points to put in it?

It should work on both, put as many points as you want, but I'd suggest if you plan to use it, level it up as you do, otherwise your normal damage will start to surpass the damage it does.

the spell itself takes the remaining life from the victim, the amount depends on the level of the skill.
It ignores armor and is one of the few useful spells in Tricks

I think due to barbs high base damage, it may be of less use. It seems like a good skill for knights though.
