Interact with bookshelf

I am doing the the quest "Introduction to the leaders" and it tells me to interact with the bookshelf, what bookshelf?

By the way this quest is in fisgael city of syrtis.

its on the second floor of the building that is just across Irehok. In there you just walk up to the bookshelfs and keep clicking all of them.
